Attentive staff, with particular appreciation for their friendly demeanor. Enjoying delicious crêpes at breakfast was a highlight, even if the buffet option was not as initially advertised. The experience was marred by loud noises from other guests, including running and door slamming, which disrupted our stay.

Best possible location within easy walking distance of Le Chateau. Found in the central area just off the Place des Arts subway station and complex, St Catherine's subway and downtown and McGill U. Huge and incredible room and good facilities. Lots of fab options for meal.

The downtown location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the spacious lap pool, a highlight for my family. Breakfast offered a good variety, a pleasant way to start our mornings. The city view from our room added a nice touch.
